Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a fitness equipment manufacturer and exporter with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Our own production focuses on tubular strength equipment and high-density sewn training products, while selected complementary products can be consolidated through our supply network.
What OEM/ODM services do you provide, and how do you protect our designs?
We customize product dimensions, structures, colors, logos and packaging, and can develop products from drawings or reference samples. An NDA can be signed before confidential designs are shared, with specifications confirmed before sampling and production.
What are your MOQ, sample and trial-order policies?
The minimum order quantity for standard products is 10 units, depending on the product, customization requirements, and packaging specifications, so that you can verify quality and market demand before placing a large order. The sample fee will be credited against the bulk order.
Which payment methods, payment terms and shipping terms do you support?
We accept T/T, L/C, credit card and PayPal. Payment schedules depend on the order value and are confirmed in the quotation. We support EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDU, with selected DDP/FBA delivery and mixed-container planning available.
How do you control product quality, production lead time and third-party inspection?
Production normally takes 25–45 days, depending on the product, quantity and customization. We provide production updates and conduct incoming-material, in-process and final inspections. Pre-shipment records and independent third-party inspections are also supported.
What certifications, warranty and after-sales support can you provide?
Our factory has passed CE, RoHS, REACH, ISO90001,EN957/ISO957 and other test reports are available for applicable products and confirmed by model and destination market. We respond to claims within 24 hours; tube frames carry a 3-year warranty, spare parts one year, and wear parts 3–6 months depending on the product and proper use.
